I first met Dr. Janet Alvarez Gonzalez in my capacity as a faculty member at the University of Sarasota known now as Argosy University. I consider her to be a person of strong moral character, dedicated, professional, brilliant, hard worker, reliable, an excellent researcher and communicator. She is internationally well-connected and informed on many complex issues.
